This site is dedicated to my hobby of building life size astromech droids. Such as R2-D2 from the Star Wars movies. My first one I built was Darth Vader's Astromech droid: R4-K5. Hence the name of this site. I unfortunately had to sel him. But now I am starting to build my 2nd droid. Thinking of making R2-D2 this time around.

UPDATE 12/27/09: I got my new frame on the 24th. I should be recieving the rest of the parts I bought around the 29th. But I'm in Miami. So I wont be able to mess with them until I get back home. Click here to see pics.
